fast food should be banned
Life Today has become fast and lifestyle changes as it happens for food, it changes a lot from the past. Nowadays, people addicted to a certain type of food which is fast food. fast food is a term given to food that can be prepared and served quickly, and to cook it in a huge speed, it might be ready in a bad way like frying in a bad quality oil, and this is dangerous on the health. In my opinion, fast food should be banned because it’s leads to obesity and the bad quality of the materials.
According to research fast food is related to obesity because of its high percentage of fat. obesity is when your body has fatter than it needs. this can give off a bad effect because your body will be heavier to carry around and it makes you lazy and is not good for your health. people might think that obesity just makes you look bad on the outside but, they should also consider the inside.
fast food restaurants use a lot of bad materials in making their food. The oil used to make the food is used again for days and they also use vegetables that are not fresh. The way fast food restaurants try to hide their use of bad vegetables is by making their commercials using fresh vegetables to make people believe that their products are fresh. people should always recognize that the commercials are very different from the real product; you can sometimes realize this by going to the store and getting something different from what you see.
On the other hand, there are people believe fast food is beneficial in more than one way. To illustrate, in this fast world everybody hectic at work. so, sometimes people have no time to prepare food at home. during this situation, they buy fast food easily from the market. also, people can easily take it anywhere. For example, during some journeys and long rides. also, fast food is more delicious than home-made food. Yes, there are some pros for fast food but its disadvantages are more like obesity and bad quality. so, I think it's better to ban fast food.
In conclusion, eating fast food is a big risk to our health because it can cause different illnesses like obesity. Furthermore, the restaurants use bad materials in making it. In my opinion, fast food should be banned for these two reasons.
