Introduction

Marriage to islam is a mighty agreement or mitsaqan ghalidzan to obey Allah's rules and doing it, it's a prayer (Hakim 2000). Also when the agreement already legal and clear, so there will be a holy and noble trust and obligation on the husband and wife shoulders balance and simultaneously. Mutual responsible to organize the necessities of life together, build a house hould (hamid, 1976). According to Supeno (2008), the obligation has a vertical dimension to god almighty In addition to having reciprocal rights and obligations, between the husband and wife and the children that born on that marriage.

Children are a trust from Allah S.W.T that already given to married couple, so it will be the obligation for them to take care and teach their children as long as they can't stand on their own feet (Hasan, 2004). The scholar of islam agreed it's a must for father to living their children, cause the children are their flesh and blood, and he is a part of their parents.
