What hobbies are the most interesting?

I think the answer to this question depends on the person’s personality and mentality. Everyone should choose the most interesting hobbies for himself based on these two main factors. Hobbies that really make him to enjoy the life and gift him a better mental or physical health.

For example think of an introvert person who gets gets more energetical when he is spending time alone for himself. Such person would never reach a real happiness of spending time with friends on the beach, being talkative and playing with others, etc. For such person I think the most interesting hobbies would be listening to music, studying non-professional books, making handicrafts or just waking alone.

In the opposite side, think of an think of an extrovert person. Such personality gets the energy that needs from his surrounding environment and not from his inside. So for this person, the most interesting hobbies are the ones that deal with people. For example going to concerts and cinemas with a bunch of friends, doing sports like volleyball and football and things like that.

For me as a person that maybe has a personality between these two endings, most of the time I enjoy listening to music or watching a movie. But I think, I sometimes really need to be with people and go mountain climbing. This kind of sport has 2 benefits for me, it intensifies the mood of trying to reach to a certain goal in me and also makes me graceful of spending a happy time with new people which is excellent for my mental health and on the other hand, it’s a perfect exercise for my muscles and is really good for my physical health.

So as has been discussed, we can’t think of the most interesting hobbies certainly and everyone based on his own self-image, should choose the most suitable hobby for himself and enjoy spending time for that.
