Company Top level Authorities should or should not take employees suggestions or ideas to take any decisions. Discuss

Recently, the employee suggestions in company's decision making have sparked an ongoing controversy, which inevitably leads to a moot question "should managers take employee ideas every decision?" Whereas it is a widely held view that it is highly beneficial, I will discuss controversial aspects of that throughout this essay.

From the management prosperity standpoint, company directors are bound up inextricably with experience, which indicates it lead to both decision making and proficient. As a well-known example, a longitudinal study conducted by eminent scientists in 2018 demonstrates the relationship between important decisions and creativity ideas as well as an exponential increase in output. Their academic criticism was impressive. Consequently, my empirical evidence presented thus far supports the contention that the likelihood of skilled workers is correlated positively with not only average revenue but also performance.

Within the realm of psychological, without the slightest doubt, employees attribute to innovation, in that it would come down to intrinsic ability, new solution, and academic qualification. A salient example of such attribution is important management, which is a cause for concern since it was mistaken to take good planning for granted. Had there been a paradigm shift earlier, scholars might have had the opportunity to pinpoint choosing wrong leaders problems. Hence, it is reasonable to infer the pivotal role of the correct decision.

To conclude, as for myself, as the saying goes "all's well that ends well," after analyzing what elaborated above, I firmly believe that employee ideas must be into consideration. However, with the benefit of hindsight, we conceive the more we research, the further we discover.
