When it comes to the games, the majority of people think it is interesting and important for children. However, there is no doubt that games also play an important role in adults' life. Since adults easily feel the life is boring without playing game. Moreover, adults will lose the ability of cooperating with others.

First of all, playing games lead people release the stress from working or studying. And worse, the pressure may make people sick. It is a pity that when people become adults, they barely plays games that have played in the childhood with family or friends, since they have to work. On the other hand, some adults hold the opinion that the activity of playing games belongs to children. But, in fact, adults still can play games and that make a great contribution to them. For instance, games make people forget some unhappy thing, decreasing the overwhelming stress. Hence, adult should play games that they like when they have nothing to do or encounter some troubles. Only by doing so, adults wouldn't lose energy, and better yet, they still feel that life is so wonderful and interesting.

Second, when we are children, we always play games with our friends. Therefore, we have to force ourselves to cooperate with others since a lot of games are team activities. And, when adults work in a company, they sometimes meet some challenges that have to be tackled with their mates. When some doesn't have the spirit of cooperation, they hardly reach the goal. Hence, when adults have holidays, they can play basketball with friends or do some team games.
