People do many different things to stay healthy.
What do you do for good health?
Being healthy undeniably is a vital factor for having an enjoyable life. Not only should people care about it, but also they must teach their children how to be meticulous in retaining their health. Explaining as follows, I mention three most important of them as they are avoiding of things causing stress on us, sufficient sleeping, and finally doing some exercises.
First and foremost, making our spirit in a good status is the most prominent point of being healthy. Scientific researches have shown that the most radical cause of disorders is being out of mood and feeling nervous. If people want to have healthy body or life at whole, they should prohibit from something making them nervous and put them under strain. For instance, when I had an important exam, in which my fortune is depended on, I got a lot of disorders like hair loss and skin itching. I could feel the amount of pressure was on me at that situation. Not only had I these diseases, but also my heart was beating very fast. Obviously, by insisting those conditions, one’s health would be threatened, therefore happening harmful events. People caring about their body and healthy should try to avoid being in these stressful situations.
The other equally imperative facet is sleeping. Lacking of sufficient sleep is a source of a lot of disorders. Not adjusting the time of sleep, people become more sensitive against the microbes and viruses, because of diminishing the metabolism of their body. It is essential for everyone who wants to have healthy and grateful body to has enough sleep in circadian. For example, one year ago when I had some guests staying a week in my home, I abruptly became sick. The doctor said it is because of being awake a lot, after I had expressed that my friends and I all nights had tried to talk and play instead of sleeping for one week. So my body gradually started becoming weak. I had to take a rest to bring my healthy back.
Last but not least, doing exercise and sports substantially benefit our body. Everyone has exercised would have known the effects of them. As one result, doing exercises and activities, we help our blood to make an endorphin, which is the chemical for being happy. All we know that healthy body is blended to the happy life.
In summary, taking into account all of the aforementioned reasons, we could reach the final conclusion that avoiding stressful things, having enough sleep, and doing some exercise, we would put in health and good shape.
