TPO31-1:Parents need to make sure their children lead healthy live. what can parents do to help their children have healthy lifestyle?
There are many ways that parents can do to help their children live a healthy lifestyle but I will point out three methods. First, include more fruits and vegetables in their diet, it helps them grow and develop, it boosts their vitality and reduces the risk of getting ill. Second, technology is very present in everyday family these days and it's important to limit children' screen time. Encourage your children to go out more, to spend more time outside playing with their friends or with other children. Third, limit the number of snacks they have and approach other healthier alternatives. These are some of the methods parents can do to improve the lifestyle of their children.
