The diagrams presents how pencils have been produced in several long way process. First of all, it begin with replanting tree from seeds in certain area. By 17 years, the trees have grown and eventually cut for the production.
The wood from cutted-tree is thinned and treated to get its best shape and surface – called as slats. After 60 days, the black leads are permanently stick - treated with some glue- on a grooved-slat before it get joined with another slat like a sandwich. Prior to cutting-process, the sandwiched-slat is strongly pressed in high degree of heat so that those two fragments tightly stick each other. Finnaly, to beautify the pencil, its get painted, sharpened and stamped before it is put together in a box for distribution.
To sum up, the mechanism of pencil production is long and complicated process in which involved two phase, first is pre production focused on planting tress until these are pruned and production phase in the fabrique for shaping and packaging pencil.
