Dear Mr. Eills,
I am writing on behalf of all the students at your property at 38 New Street.
As you know that we have not had hot water and heating system for last two months. We appreciate that you sent the workmen to rectify the situation, but the fact is that they have not been successful, despite spending a lot of time on the problems.
Up to now, the focus has been on repairing the hot water boiler and heating system. However, both of these are quite old. Therefore, we think that boiler and heating system need to be replaced, rather than relying on repairs that do not work or may only keep them in working condition for a limited time.
One of us has a friend who works part-time for plumbing company. His friend and colleagues have taken a look at the problem and the problem and they have provided us with a quote for the necessary work. The price seems very reasonable and they are sure that they can get the work done by the end of this week.
We hope that you will agree to this solution as we enjoy living here and we think that you want to be as helpful as possible.
Yours sincerely
Ntp
