You and your family are living in a rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture.
-introduce yourself
-explain what is wrong with the furniture
-say what action you would like the landlord to take
Dear Mr. Smith,
My name is Kevin and I am your tenant. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your rented house on the Oxford Street 8A.
As you remember , we had an agreement with you fort his accommodation with all furnitures but after we moved here some, some troubles have appeared. As I mentioned on the phone to you, the door of kitchen is not used properly anymore due to lacks of lock and its colour is becoming much more isolated. On the other hand, the dining table is in very poor condition and has unuseful right legs which has caused unwanted disturbing things during our launches.
We really would grateful ,if you send a technic workman to fix them or you could replace by sending new ones. I hope that you agree to this proposed solution.
I look forward to hearing a positive response from you in the near future.
Your Sincerely.
kevin
