Dear Sir,
My name is Truong Nguyen. I am writing this letter regarding to publishing an advertisement of a room for rent in my apartment.
Allow me to give you a brief information about the room. It is a five-square room which fits for one person. Currently, the room has one single bed, one closet and a table. The tenant can use a shared bathroom and kitchen. Also, there is a washing machine in case he or she wants to do the laundry in the apartment. If not, there are a handful of stores which cover most of tenant’s needs in town.
Since I am currently studying in college, I would prefer a student to rent the room out to. Also, he or she need to transfer a fee of two million VND to my bank account every month. Last but not least, please kindly put my advert on the newspaper on June 1st.
