Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with a packaged tour that I booked at ABC Travel several weeks ago.
My wife and I decided to have a trip to Seoul to celebrate our wedding anniversary and also to relax on our two-week Tet holiday. The trip started on the 10th of June and ended on the 24th and we stayed at the Lotus Hotel in Seoul during this period.
Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the bad attitude of the Korean tour guide whose name was Mr. Han. He was always late to pick us up at the hotel in the morning. However, when we were enjoying sightseeing in the evening, he rushed us to go back with an annoying tone. I remembered he shouted at us once during the trip.
As a gold member of your service, I am entitled to suggest that you should have a private conversation with Mr. Han and send him back to training. Also, I would prefer not to have him as my tour guide when I visit Korea again with your travel agency.
I hope you would take my suggestion into serious consideration.
