Overall, the tourism at the museum had increased dramatically due to refurbishment, as a result, the satisfaction level of the visitors also escalated significantly. However, the percentage of non-respondents had remained constant before and after museum's renovation.
Initially, visitors had accounted for 74000 before the refurbishment of the museum. The survey results indicated that It had dissatisfied over a one-third visitors before refurbishment, while there was only 15% of people had enjoyed with much satisfaction during their stay at the museum. Under the fifth number of visitors had many concerns about their museum's spendings. By contrast, the proportion of people, who did not respond to the survey, stayed one-twentieth of visits.
Tourists had increased by 18000 after a year of museum's renovation. The survey outcomes revealed that museum had attracted a lot of people satisfactory (40%) and very satisfied tourist climbed to just over one-third of visitors. Contrary, the dissatisfaction of people lowered to 15% by the museums' renovation. Additionally, the renovated museum had dropped very dissatisfaction proportion of visitors to a one-twentieth of visits.
