You eat at your college cafeteria at lunch time every day.. However, you think it needs some improvements. Write a letter to the college magazine. In your letter:
explain what you like about the cafeteria
say what is wrong with it
suggest how it could be improved
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Magazine,
You have become so popular that every students wait for your monthly edition and indeed you are ear and mouth of our college. Further, I am going to provide my personal perspective about cafeteria and believe some changes may bring not only improvement but also make it favorite even more.
Every students love cafeteria so am I, the lunches particularly South India dishes are mouthwatering and that too at subsidized cost. Besides, the prompt service of staff makes it perfect place for hand-out.
Nevertheless, for last two months, I have been not very comfortable about hygiene in cafeteria especially at outdoor part of it. First of all, it is rarely kept tidy and clean resulting bees and other insects hover on the food which is dangerous for health. Secondly, in summer time, there are no arrangements of fans or cooler.
In order to make our cafeteria a better place, I recommend that more cleaning staff should be hire so that standards of hygiene can be further improved. In addition, more outdoor fans can reduce the heat level for people sitting at outdoor cafeteria.
I hope that my suggestion will be taken seriously and shall be worked upon.
Yours sincerely,
TATA
