Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue the current morning course with your center.
You may know that I have just finished by post graduate studies and received my graduation certificate from my university earlier this month. When I got the certification, I was looking for a job within my area of study. Recently, it is very difficult to find a suitable job, but I managed to get a morning-shift job with a multinational company. Therefore, it will be extremely difficult to continue with the morning session course.
The commence date at my new work will be next week, and I must report every day in my duty time at morning session. It will be difficult to manage both at same time; hence, I decided to freeze my course attendance with the current cohort.
When I applied for the course during the admission time, I came to know that you have the same course at the evening session in the education center. Therefore, I wonder if you could accept me to join with the next cohort when I return from work.
Please let me know with you feedback as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Ayoub
