Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to you to highlight the commendable services which I had received from one of your employees. Allow me to elaborate.
I am a frequent traveller from the JFK Airport and as such on 02 June 2018, I was flying out of the city to San Francisco for a business trip. I was running a little late for check-in and in the heat of the moment I forgot my driver’s license in the security check bucket. However, I did not realize that until I had boarded the aircraft. Further, I intimated the Airline staffs who were not much of a help.
Further, an employee of the airport Mr Devon Smith was standing and overheard me begging the airline team to allow me to make my way back to the security check area. However, Mr Smith inquired the departure and last boarding time and immediately rushed from the spot. Moreover, he returned back to the boarding gate in a fraction of seconds. I was stunned by the commendable display of customer service by Mr Smith. I thanked him and asked for his phone number to which he politely denied stating against professional ethics.
Furthermore, I would like you to encourage Mr Smith to keep doing great work. However, the act of going an extra mile has made me a fan of the airport. I will always prefer flying out of this lovely airport.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
