The given diagram Attic representations highlight the production of cement through distinct stages and equipments, and after production role of cement for manufacturing concrete to be used for building purposes. It is clear and coherent representation.
It can be seen that, Cement is produced by using 4 equipments: Crusher, Mixer, Rotating heater and Grinder whereas, for the preparation of concrete using 4 materials in fixed proportion: cement, water, sand and gravel.
At the first glance, the first step involved in process of manufacturing cement is crushing the limestone and clay together using a crusher. After that, powder is passed into mixer for proper mixing. Later on, miture has been transferred to rotating heater; heat is introduced from end of tube before blend is actually dropped on the grinder. Finally, after grinding process, cement is packed into bags and ready to be used.
Secondly, for production of concrete: cement, water, sand and gravel are added in the proportion of 15%, 10%, 25% and 50% respectively in a container; particularly named as concrete mixer in which whole mixture is rotated clockwise. Lastly can create is being prepared for building purposes.
