As far as the sources are councerned, both the passage and the lecture discuss weither dinosaurs were endotherms or not. endotherms are animals which keep their body temperatures fixed such as human. The reading passage says that dinosaurs were endotherms for signaficant prove, whihe the listening passage says that scientists have problem to prove that dinosaurs were endotherms.
The reading passage argue that polar dinosaurs were living cold areas and it could be possible just for endotherms animals. The professor, however, feels that polar dinosaurs were living warmer climate and it does not prove that dinosaurs were endotherms.
Secondly, unlike the listening passage, the reading passage says that there was relation between endothermy and position and movement of leg. Endothermy lets physical activity, such as running and which was prove that dinosaurs were endotherms. However, the professor feels that dinosaurs had high energ and being large had an adventeges for running.
