Dear sir or Madam,
I have recently seen an advertisement in local newspaper which is about a training course related to some new protocols in automation systems. Actually, I am writing to explain about the usage of this course for our company.
As I have worked in HMI section and I know how it is important to substitute the old protocols with the advanced ones, I resist on taking part in this course. I did my best to improve the situation in the company but I assure you that I can not do any better without having the opportunity to embrace new technologies. I know that there would be some trials and tribulations which I should cope with. If you accept to provide me with a grant to participate in this course, I will be able to keep the system up-to-date, as well as teaching these new methods to other employees.
The earliest you decide whether it is time for a big change, the better it will be for every parts of company as well as staff. Please do think long and hard to make a right decision.
I look forward to hearing your positive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Pooneh
