The diagram 1 illustrates the process used when making cement from limestone and clay. The second diagram shows concrete production process for erecting buildings.
As can be seen from the Cement Production diagram, first of on, limestone and clay are together go through the equipment called crusher, as a result, Powder is made. Afterwards, this substance continue to be processed though the mixer, before going to rotating heater which have burn the mixed by the heat. Then, cement is made from this subtance using a equipment called grinder. Finally, cement is covered into cement bags which ready for next building process.
It is clear from the second diagram, concrete is produced by mixing cement with many other ingredients. to be more detailed, the ingredients comprise 15 per cent of cement, one in ten of water(10%), a fourth of sand (25%) and half of them is small stones. All substances are put into a concrete mixer, which spin until forming concrete.
