The diagram below shows the working of a refrigerator.
The diagram illustrates about how a refrigerator operates. The information is appropriately arranged into a sequence.
Initially, the heat is extracted from the food within a refrigerator facilitated by an evaporator. The heat turns into warm low pressure gas and moves towards a machine which make the gas fit into a smaller space known as compressor and turns it into high hot pressure gas. This high hot pressure gas flows toward condenser which removes the heat from gas by exhausting it into atmosphere and makes the high pressure gas flow into it which eventually becomes cool high pressure liquid.
The capillary tube receives the cool high pressure liquid from condenser and makes it flow towards evaporator where the process restarts again.
