The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they receive from employers

The first figure shows the studying attendance among the different age interval of students. Two reasons of 1. For career and 2. For interest was studied. For interest a reason for studying has the highest amount at the age under 26 in order for career has the lowest percent in this group. As illustrated with increasing the percentage of “for career”, the percentage of “for interest” was decreased and for group over 49 years old career and interesting have maximum and minimum amount of own, respectively.
The second graph describe the employer supporting due to time and fees for vary age group. Under 26 age group have gave the peak percent supporting from their employer. The supporting was reduced with going up of employee age until 30-39 interval, but after that two other age group received more and more support, so that employee between 30 to 39 years old gave the minimum helping for their study.
