First, power companies beleave that regulation is already built. They assert that with use of liner factories can prevent coal ash to leak into the soil and polluting environment. As they clame, is refuted by the professor. She asserts that there is weak regulation and the harmful effect of ash of coal already polluted waters.
second, According to them rules that provide situation for storing and handling of coal can restrict recycling. Nevertheless the professor argues that there is no concern in that because this ashes remain for about 50 years so they can be collected and recycle later.
third, based on reading it is not cost effective to handle this ashes. on the contrary the professor state that at firs step it seem no t to have any cost benefit but it has some results that make this plan cost effective. So the companies do not need to increase the price of electricity because this plan have more price.
