THE GRAPH BELOW SHOWS CHANGE IN PROPORTION OF GDP IN THREE AREAS IN A PARTICULAR COUNTRY BETWEEN 2000 AND 2O20
The line graph indicates how three factors namely health, education, transportation contributed to a country’s GDP from 2000 to 2015 and give predictions for 2020.
Overall, while the percentage of health and transportation increased substantially, that of education fell drastically. To be more specific, education made up the largest percentage in the first year and its position was replaced by medical care in 2015. In the future, it is predicted that the proportion of health will witness a dramatic growth; meanwhile, education and transportation will decline slightly in figures.
In 2000, not only health but also transportation represented 3% of the nation’s GDP, and a little bit higher than that was education, which accounted for 5%. However, by 2015, the proportion of health had surpassed that of education and reached 6% after rocketing for a decade. At the same time, about 4% and 4.8% of the GDP was contributed by transportation and education respectively.
In 2020, the statistics of health is believed to rise to 8%. Following the reverse pattern, education and transportation might undergo a slight decrease in numbers to approximately 3.5% in the final year.
