The table chart compares information about the proportion of household in possessed and rented apartment in two regions from 1948 to 2011.
Overall, renting accommodation tend to an upward trend, while possessing tend to a downward a over the period shown. Leasing house reached peak in 1918 and the lowest figure was in 2011 when was peak for owning.
In 1918, the percentage for renting was approximately 77 per that was peak, whereas the proportion for owning was to around with 23 per which means less almost by 50 per than renting. For leasing, the rates were dropped continually and the figures were jumped constantly. however, in 1971, the percentage of both were equal exactly by 50 per.
In 1981, Owning accommodation rate rose to 60 percent that was almost similar with renting house in 1961. At the same time, the rate of lease fell speedy until 40 percent which was also identical with own house's proportion in 1961.
In 2001, the figure of possessing apartment was reached peak to around with 69 per, then turn, was decreased approximately to 64 percent in 2011. For renting, the smallest percentage was occurred in 2001 by 30 per, after, it was rose to 36 percent.
