Ask for some time off to complete a qualification.
Suggest what you will do later at work if you have time off.
Say how the qualification helps your job or company.
Dear Ketti,
I am writing this letter to you about fortnight off from the office to atten my M.com exam. As you know i am doing my masters degree, I know its very difficult for the managment to grant me a leave at this current project. But my collegue Joy will look after in my absent, and he is capable too.
However, before my leave i would like to complete all my pending tasks such as filing work, pending entries etc.. will be done and handover to Joy. after this period of time. I would like to check in one hour early in the office to catch all my pending works including verifiying entires done by Mike. Even though as you know i am very responsible in work. However, i would like to work on week ends if i could not complete pending works.
As you know i am very good in numbring, i can explain how benifit our team after finishing my masters, i am able to submite the report direct to the managment. We do not reuired part time audting firms any more. And i belive this can mitigate our company expenses . As we are spending huge amount in verifiying our accounts.
Thank you so much in advance.
With best regards,
Budebs.
