Dear Sir,
As you are aware that I had obtained your permission for pursuing my Masters degree. I have been preparing for the exams in my spare time and managing it well.
The final exams for the same are scheduled after two months. I have to prepare well to get good results. With the present time availability in the office curriculum I find myself a little constrained due to paucity of time. I need some time offs out of my working hours. I can do a little more preparatory work during these time offs. I would like to assure you that on completion of my exams I will compensate for these time offs by putting extra working hours.
In view of the above I would request that I be given one hour time off after lunch. This will enable me to prepare well for my exam. I would like to add that my added qualification will be beneficial to the organization in the near future also.
Hoping for a positive consideration from your side and waiting for your kind approval for time offs.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Amber
