Dear Sir/Madam,
I am jack brown, I have been meeting on 2nd September in your hotel in that your hotel held an accounting conference which is located in the central conference hall.
During the meeting, my seat number was 54 in the first floor of conference hall which is as I can remember I put my papers and my id card on the desk, unfortunately, I totally forget to take it after that.
As I told you that papers are really important to me because that’s related to my certificate in university and my national id card. I called to my graduated university about how they can issue the second certificate again, they told its take more than six months. It’s too much time because I had applied for a new job and they need my certificate in the following month.
Please check the issue with your staff. Should my documents find, please let me know.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Jack Brown
