Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about some important documents I might have missed after attending the IBM Monthly conference in “IBIS Hotel” on the 6th of this month.
The meeting held in the banquet hall on the second floor and I am quite sure I have the documents till the second session. During the last session, I wrapped them in a hurry as the driver is waiting to pick me up. I am sure that I missed them in the main hall.
The documents and notes have important details about the conference and the contact details of the industry leaders. The summary points for all the sessions are also noted down in the same. These documents are very necessary for me since I need to prepare a presentation for my team at the conference that happened, by next week.
Hence, I request you to ask your staff to do a thorough search all over the main hall, the documents have an ORACLE logo and address printed on it for your reference. In case if you find them, please call me on 0409876567 or you can reach my personal number 9987654321.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Harsha Vardhan
