I am writing this letter to share my genuine feedback of your restaurant by considering my recent visiting experience with colleagues. Though, we are regular customer of your restaurant but I was badly disappointed by the service of your restaurant I had with my colleagues.
We have visited your restaurant last week for a business conference. We have ordered few starters and beverages - milk shake, coffee, juice during the conference. First of all, I would like to mention that service was too slow and when we were about to close, then they brought our order that we have mentioned beforehand. Moreover, when we asked the restaurant staff to bring some ice for juices and shakes they asked for extra charges for that which sounds very odd.
Another point, I want to make is for food quality. As we had main course and desserts too, I found that fruits were mushy, stale vegetables were served and salad was stinking. Apart from that, milk used to make milk shakes seemed to be rancid.
When we pointed out all these to restaurant staff, instead of making situation better, they were rude to us. Nobody had enjoyed meal and our day was fully spoiled.
Finally, I would like to suggest you that you should have weekly audit of the kitchen of your restaurant and monthly training should be provided to restaurant staff for kind behavior with customers. In this way, standard and name of your restaurant will be appreciated by customers.
