You bought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly. You called the customer service to report the problem but I have not receive any help.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with regard to the issue with the TV I purchased from your company.
I am a husband living with my wife and two lovely kids. My beloved wife were attracted by the extraordinary design of the TV at a shopping mall not far away from our home. So we ordered it online the same day after we arrived at home.
We were so happy to receive the TV delivered to our home and we turned it on immediately to test the functionalities according to the instructions came with the TV. However, after strictly following the guidance, I still could not play the video from my USB drive with the TV. I had a phone call with the customer service to report the issue. However, till now I haven't received any response yet.
Since the TV is still within warranty - two years according to the contract and we haven't had any intension to deliberately break it, I sincerely would like to request you help me solve this issue as soon as possible.
