Dear Mr.john,
I hope this letter find you in best of your health and spirit. I am miss.trupti bhanderi your neighbor, staying in banglow no. 3. I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction about the litter and rubbish thrown by your new maid near my house.
Your new maid does not know the rules of the society and because of lacking of this knowledge she always put the litter near my house corner. Because of this foul odour was created ,which brings an unpleasant and unhealthy feelings. the waste also created the sort of insects which dangerous and harmful for me and my family. The day when your new maid join the job I face this problem.
I just inform you to please make understand the rule of society to your homeworker and told her to throw the litter and rubbish in garbage van, not near my house. otherwise I have to make complain about this to the society.
I hope the action will taken by you very soon.
