You recently organized all-hand meeting for your company, which took place in a hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked hotel but they were unhappy with the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter say:
- say what participants liked about the hotel.
- explain why they were unhappy about the food.
- suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in the future.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Ell Green and visited your prestigious hotel with my colleagues to attend an official meeting followed by a lunch. I have collected feedback from the participants and writing to express their dissatisfaction with the served meal quality.
I really appreciate an eye-catching and western styled ambience of the hotel. Moreover, the hotel staff was generous and supportive in all manners. The maitre'd of the hotel was too courteous and helpful to arrange a special seating arrangement for one disabled attendee who was not comfortable sitting on a chair.
I am disappointed to say that served meal was stale and of poor quality. For example, mushy fruits and vegetables and rancid milk was used to prepare the food. In addition to this, some of the participants suffered from food poisoning after meal intake.
I suggest that frequent audit should be conducted to analyze the kitchen of the hotel. In this inspection, hygiene, equipment and raw materials used to cook meal should be focused. Moreover, regular feedback should be collected from patrons to monitor the progress.
I hope that you would consider my valuable feedback and do the needful.
Yours faithfully,
Ell Green
