The chart below illustrates the result of a survey on the types of houses people liked, taken in 2005.
The bar graph demonstrate the various type of house result was liked by the individuals which who survey find by the British over the time period of 2005.
Overall, what stand out from the graph is that while popularity of the Cambridge flats grow over the period in question, and that of detached houses remained high through out, the number of people depended on semi detached houses and is rapidly changed. Terraced houses, mean while, saw an increase followed by drop.
With regard to terraced houses and semi detached houses, the starting figures of London roughly identical at 16 and 18 percent people's respectively. However, where as the flats climbed in London and reached 58 percent. Before levelling off for the remainder of period, the Cambridge in detached house slipped to half this figure.
Turning to the higher buildings, flats stayed consistently popular, with houses figure remaining between 58 and 8 percent throughout the period. Oxford terraced houses popularity was nearly as high as semi detached in Cambridge. With the number of houses rising 15 to 18 percent .
