Last month you had an overseas holiday with some friends where you stayed at their house. They have just sent you some holiday photos.
Write a letter to your friends. In your letter:
thank them for the holiday and the photos
explain why you didn’t write earlier
invite them to come and stay with you
Dear Mike,
Hope this letter finds you in best of your health. I still remember the great time I had with you guys back in Sydney last month.
I have received the photos from your side and these have been brilliantly shot by Jade. She definitely is an excellent photographer, I suggest she should start some professional photography on her own. I will cherish these photographs for the rest of my life and these pictures will remind me of the great holiday I had with you guys. I would like to thank you for sending these pictures and the hospitality during my visit.
Though I wanted to write earlier, due to the vacation, there was a huge work piled up in the office and I had some important work assignments which needed my immediate attention.
We have a long weekend in Perth next week, why don't you guys come here?. I will make sure you guys will have a great holiday here.
Look forward to seeing you soon.
Warm wishes
vinshu
