You are renting a new apartment, but your family situation has changed recently. Write a letter to the real estate agency asking them to find a new accommodation, more suitable for your needs.
In your letter explain – your current family situation. What type of new accommodation do you require?
When do you need to move?
Dear Mr Barnes,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to find new accommodation due to changes in my family situation.
As you are aware that I am living in a studio apartment in the centre of the city. Though it is very near to my office it is a bit noisy out here. Since my parents will be moving in with me then the condominium I am staying in will be having space constraints.
Hence I am asking you to start looking for a new two-bedroom apartment. It should be located in the suburbs of the city as my parents like to stay in a peaceful locality away from the hustle bustle of the city. To elucidate the apartment should have all the modern amenities like supermarket, security, swimming pool, Gymnasium moreover it should also be well-connected to the city via public transport.
For the existing apartment, the contract will expire by the end of this month so I am planning to get the paperwork done by then and move in by the beginning of the next month.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Yours faithfully
Mark
