Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to inform you of a problem which happened at the airport due to which I missed my flight from Singapore to Bangkok. Let me elucidate further.
It was last week when I was supposed to board the flight from Singapore international airport at 2 pm but when I reached the airport the flight has already departed. I checked with the local representatives of your airlines and they explained to me that the ticket issued me had some typographical error as the flight scheduled departure was at 2 am. As you are aware that I travel regularly for this route for business purposes thus missing this flight has impacted several of my meetings with my clients and subsequently my business transactions.
Since this incident has happened simply due to the gross negligence of your administrative staff so I would request your airlines to airfare in my bank account.
I look forward to your response and immediate action to resolve this issue.
