The diagram explains the way of manufacturing recycled paper from old newspaper.
Overall, the whole process finish in 9 stages, beginning by collecting newspaper and ending up with drying in sun for a whole day.
First of all, the process start with collecting old newspapers and tearing them into a smaller pieces. After that, all the teared pieces are put in a bowl. Nearly for 1 hour, the teared pieces are mixed with 250ml of water. Next, by the use of electric mixer, it is grinded for 45 second. Afterwards, the pulp is put into a tray and added 100ml of water. Again, it is mixed up by hands.
In the following stage, a mesh is used to separate water from pulp. After the separation, a rolling pin is used for making a particular shape. Finally, the paper is kept for drying in sunshine for a complete whole day and it will be ready for use.
