Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to the advertisement of a job opening. Being a recent graduate in sports management I am looking out for similar opportunities to gain some work experience.
Let me explain in detail. Although, I am aware that this is an unpaid job I would like to take it up. I have no work experience in the said area and this seems like a good opportunity to make some connections and gather some field knowledge. Also, since the event will be held very close to my house, I will not have a problem arriving early at the venue. I need this exposure before taking up any permanent job.
Additionally, I would like to know if there will be any uniform provided by the company. If not, could you please let me know the dress code I need to follow. Also, I would like to know what are the timings and how long will the event be held since, I wont schedule any appointments during that time.
Lastly, please let me know if you need any more information from my side. I would be happy to help.
Looking forward to a positive reply.
Kind Regards,
Mary Ann
