Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the birthday party which was conducted on January 11, 2019, at 7 PM at your hotel. Although it was a last-minute booking done by me, you handled it with extreme pleasure and patience and arranging such a yummy and delicious sugar-free cake was simply superb. Everyone liked the cake and was amazed by the arrangements especially the alfresco dining area. Mexican cuisine was a delicacy. I must say pre-requisites were very well taken care of. The hospitality was wonderful and the staff was very courteous.
It was my grandfather's anniversary bash and was of great importance to me as he always makes my every event a memorable one so it was just a way of returning the favour to him. All in all, you made it an impressive event.
However, I would like to suggest you introduce some corporate discounts, discount cards or weekend discounts to your regular customers. this would definitely attract more and more customer. I hope you like my suggestion.
