Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Tony and recently moved to Delhi, your company had the responsibility for my furniture movement from Banglore. I am writing in connection with my dissatisfaction about the service provided.
Our deal was signed on 11th of November with forty-five thousand amount, that included insurance and Goods and Service Tax. All household items were packed and moved on 13th as I had my flight on 14th evening. As per the guideline I was expecting the delivery after one week, but due to bad weather condition, I was asked to wait a few more days. We stayed four days without our household item, but to my surprise when the furniture delivered and unpacked most of the items were soaked in water they were smelly, moreover, our master bed, sofa, and shoe rack were broken, I was not expecting that in exchange of huge amount I paid.
I want you to, provide me a compensation amount with insurance money. I am attaching the images of damaged items.
I am expecting an optimistic prompt reply from your side.
Your Faithfully,
Tony Stark
