Dear Reema,
I hope this letter of mine finds you and your family in ravishing health. I am writing to invite you for a trip to Jaipur and Udaipur from 21st of March and returning on 25th Monday as my brother is not able to join the same.
All arrangements are already done, you have not to worry about anything. Actually, we both planned to escape this winter with the scenic views and beauty of Rajasthan, but unfortunately, due to his work commitments, his boss asked him to stay to handle a critical situation at production. However, he explained about the trip and the invested money for reservations, but could not resist the humble request from his boss. Anyway, we have booked a rental car for our trip, and the commencement of the journey will be from my home only on 21st. It will take four hours to reach our hotel, and in the evening we will start exploring the local market and historical areas. Next day we will visit the famous forts of Jaipur, the following day we travel for Udaipur and spend time exploring local museums and forts. On 24th we can do some more shopping and enjoy the rest of the day in spa activities at the hotel.
I believe you will be able to join me, please pack your bags accordingly, and let me know if you have some other plan before 20th.
Your Lovingly,
