Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle in reference to inform you of the current problems I am facing due to the loss of my student identification. Let me explain further.
To elucidate I am a 2nd-year computer science student and have recently lost my identification card somewhere in the college premises subsequently, I had informed the college administration which failed to recover my card. As you are aware that this card serves as a source of identification while entering and exiting the university building additionally it is also used for issuing books from the library. Hence without it the literally suffering every day as I have to make a temporary access card while entering college which is a painful process moreover as the semester exams are approaching I am not able to issue books from the university library which is effecting my exam preparation.
Thus I would request you to issue a new card immediately so that it can help resolve the existing problems.
