You have recently stayed in a hotel and after returning back you realize that you have left a piece of cloth at your hotel room. Write a letter to manager of hotel.
In the letter, you should:
explain the clothing
say where you left it
what the manager should do if he finds out
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to seek your assistance in finding my belonging that I have forgotten, during my recent stay, at your esteemed hotel. The stay was from 24 to 28 February 2019.
The item is a black dinner jacket, with golden buttons on the front side of it. It has a brand logo of “Armani” inside it, which makes it distinctive from others. It is also of medium size, and its inner side has purple texture. Furthermore, the item might contain receipt of hotel payment in its front pocket.
I believe the jacket must be in room number 5, where I was living. A day before leaving, I attended a conference. After attending it, I kept it in the wardrobe of the room and while leaving your hotel, I forgot to put it in my bag; therefore, it ought to be in the wardrobe of that room.
It is requested to check the room or inquire housekeepers about it. If you find it, please inform me on my contact number. I will collect it as soon as possible.
I am looking forward to your help and hope to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Salman Khan
