To sum up, number of inquiries received in person was in increasing trend which reached peak in June 2011. Inquiries through letter/email was in fluctuating trend. Further, the inquiries received by Tourist Information Office by telephone was in declining trend.
Among three types of inquires, in person inquiry was very less which was around 400 inquiries in January 2011 but it gradually rose up each month and reached peak by June 2011 which was approximately 1900 inquiries.Inquiries received by Tourist Information Office by letter/email was nearly about 800 in January. Further, the inquiries was in downward trend till may. After that,, constant number of inquiries were received for May and June that accounted for 350 number of inquiries.
Most of the people inquired by telephone in January. Number of inquiries decreased by about 100 and reached 800 in February. There was slight increase in inquiry by phone calls from February to March and reached 1000 which remained constant till April. After that, the number of inquiries rose up and reached 1400 in June.
