The graph illustrates the Tourist Information Office in one city was received the number of inquiries in person, and by letter/email and telephone from January to June in 2011.
Overall, the number of inquiries in person and telephone increased over the following six months, while that of inquiries by letter/email decreased steadily. Moreover, the Tourist Information Office is gotten the best of inquiry by directing to a customer in June.
In January, the figure for inquiries in person initiated over 400 inquiries, which numbers were lower than that for letter/email and telephone....

The given line graph
The given line graph illustrates the number of questions received by tourist information office in person, by emails and by telephone in the year 2011 over a spell from January to June.
Overall, most of the inquiries were in person and telephone although, the least queries received through the email/letter. Moreover, over the complete six month period personal investigations were at the top of the list followed by the other two telephone and email/letter. While, email/letter inquiries consistently decreased in the given spell. In the beginning of january, physical inquiries initiated from slightly more than 400 but it raised up to the highest level compared to other categories in the month of june which was almost touching 1850. Contrary to this, telephone complains began from less than 800 and after fluctuations ended at 1600 in June but lower than physical inquiries.
Meanwhile, email/letter inquiries remained almost constant right up to March after this it experienced a sudden decline from 750 to less than 400 approximately in may and afterwards till June.
