You are due to move into a rented apartment next month but you will not be able to because you have some problems. Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter,
- Explain your situation
- Describe your problems
- Tell him/her when you think you can move in
Dear Arpita,
I hope you will find this letter in good health. It is to appraise you that it would not be possible for me to move in a new accommodation early next month. I am in a fix as my brother who has to support me in transferring of luggage, is leaving for his hometown for a family emergency and he will be back after a fortnight.
Further, I thought of opting the movers and packers service, but to my utter dismay, All India Transport Association has called a strike from tomorrow in protest of recent diesel price hike. As this strike is for indefinite period, movement of goods will take place after negotiations between association and government. Singlehandedly, I am not ready to move in, as bulk of my goods include imported delicate machines that are part of my research studies.
I believe, that you will take my concerns into your consideration. I am sure of shifting to the much awaited customized apartment from October, when my brother will also join back. Please accept my sincere apologies for any hardships you have to face. Looking forward to hear from you.
Yours Sincerely
Amit
