In general, these pie charts reveal average percentage of American’s which consumed unhealthy meals if they eat so much.
In the first pie chart, it is shown about average percentage of sodium. If this meal had dinner, it has influenced 43 per cent. The less percentage of sodium belongs to snacks (14 percent). Interestingly, amount of sodium for snacks time is the same for breakfast time. The highest percentage of saturated fat is at dinner time like sodium, respectively, 37% and 43%. However, the less percentage of it is for breakfast. If we glance percentage of added sugar, the most amount of it is for snacks with 42 per cent. But, average percent for lunch time is seen almost all three typical meals such as 29 percent of sodium, 26 per cent of saturated fat and 19 % of added sugar.
