You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
• explain why you were at the restaurant
• describe the problems
• write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to you in order to express my dissatisfaction regarding the supper I had with my family yesterday. In fact, I invited my wife to commemorate our wedding anniversary, so that we dine at your renowned restaurant located in the immediate vicinity because we heard from a friend that you render excellent services.
However, while we were eating, my wife found hair strands in the meal, and the food was too salty; thus, we aired our grievance to the waiter who rendered the food, but not only did he behave in an improper attitude, but he also acted in hateful demeanour. To preserve our dignity, we ordered the check and left instantaneously.
Hence, I trust that you can empathize with my situation. Therefore, I am expecting you to take immediate action by receiving a full fund for our meal. Eventually, thank you for your attention to this matter
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Peter David
