You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
explain why you were at the restaurant
describe the problems
write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Mr. Brown,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the meals that we had at your restaurant recently with my family.
We have always considered your restaurant as the most classy place in the town. This time it was even more special as we were celebrating my sister's birthday. But the whole event was ruined due to the dishes we were served.
We ordered the first course and found the onion soup was absolutely in edible; it was tasteless and salty. Moreover, the main course was less than average. We ordered lamb steaks but the steak was raw and hard. On the top of that sandwiches were served cold. Though we complaint about your food to the waitress, she didn't mind us and instead told us to complain to the manager. In addition, the ice cream came without any marshmallow and strawberry on top, despite their mention in the menu. This was utterly annoying.
I am a regular customer of your restaurant and if this is what you are going to continue in future, then I will have to find a different place for my family occasions. I suggest you to please offer the best possible meals, dining experience and efficient waiters to your customers.
I look forward to your immediate response regarding this.
Yours faithfully,
Rossy
